This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking. Here is what we do collect, and why.
Who we are
Sportakultura is a creative studio in Vilnius, Lithuania. The company is being registered. Until then, Domantas Klimavičius is responsible for any personal data collected through this site.

What we collect
When you visit the site. Our host, Cloudflare, records technical data in its server logs, such as your IP address, browser and the pages you open. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don't use it to work out who you are.
When you book a call. Bookings run through Calendly. You give your name, your email and anything you write in the booking form. We use it to prepare for the call, hold it, and follow up about the work you asked about.
When you email us. We keep your email address and what you send, so we can reply.
You don't have to give us any of this. We just can't book a call or reply without a name and an email.
We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't make automated decisions about you.
Why we're allowed to
Bookings and emails: you asked us to talk, so we handle your details to take that step with you (GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)). Server logs: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure site (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)).
Who else handles it
Cloudflare hosts the site. Calendly runs the bookings. Zoho Mail handles our email, on its servers in the EU. Cloudflare and Calendly are based in the United States. Where your data leaves the EU, they use the safeguards EU law requires, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Booking and email details: for as long as we're talking or working together, and up to 12 months after if nothing comes of it. Then we delete them. Server logs: only for the limited time our host keeps them for security and running the site.
Cookies
This site sets none. Calendly sets its own cookies on its own site when you open it to book.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, object to how we use it, or get a copy to take elsewhere. Write to hello@sportakultura.com and we'll answer within a month.
If you think we've got it wrong, you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija) at vdai.lrv.lt.
